At Silver & Salt, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We do not promote return or refund unless in exceptional cases.
General Return Policy
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returnable Items and period: If an item is refundable or returnable, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description with the return and refund period.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@silverandsalt.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@silverandsalt.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or full refund.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes. Please follow the same return process as outlined above.
