Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders may take longer to process. We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:  – Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: – Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping:  – Estimated delivery by next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
